Overview
The HVAC Zone Manager will oversee and manage HVAC operations within a designated zone, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, compliance with industry standards, and customer satisfaction. The Zone Manager will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians, coordinating workflow, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
Annual Salary Range: $90,000.00-$100.000.00 US Dollars
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
Shift: Monday–Friday Days *+Weekends-As Needed +Emergencies-As needed

Position Overview:
The HVAC Zone Manager will oversee and manage HVAC operations within a designated zone, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, compliance with industry standards, and customer satisfaction. The Zone Manager will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians, coordinating workflow, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership and Management :
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians.
Coordinate scheduling, training, and development activities for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Operational Oversight :
Manage HVAC projects and service contracts within the assigned zone.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their HVAC needs and concerns.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Technical Expertise :
Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians.
Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and equipment issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Financial Management :
Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Prepare and present reports on HVAC operations, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/R Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC operations and management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Technical proficiency in HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Valid HVAC technician certification and licenses preferred.
