Overview
Job Overview:
Responsible for performing general cleaning and trash removal functions with the Devon Building garage.
Job Duties:
Pick up bagged trash from pre-determined locations on building floors using a golf cart transporter to dumpster/compactor or other designated location.
Wet scrub with M-30 including Harvey Circle.
Power Wash all ledges and concrete
Clean glass outside the elevator lobby doors.
Dust all piping.
Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
Clean up and put away all equipment used.
Job duties may be modified at any time.
Essential Job Functions/Qualifications:
Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take directions from supervisor.
Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties, which includes walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
