ABM Industries Digital Sign Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Overview
As a Digital Sign Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless deployment of captivating content across our network of digital signs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our digital displays consistently deliver compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Curation and Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to obtain digital assets.
Manage a content library, organize assets efficiently and ensure accessibility for timely deployment.
Content Uploading and Scheduling:
Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload, schedule, and distribute content to digital screens across various locations.
Develop and maintain content schedules, ensuring timely updates and rotation of content to keep displays fresh and engaging.
Create weekly content schedules of future run dates.
Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned or apparent.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education and 2 years of experience working in the technical field.
The ability to work some evenings and weekends to ensure successful transition of sign content during events.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of technical aspects related to digital displays, networking, and hardware/software integration.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder’s expectations.
Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals such as reports, operating and instruction manuals, software manuals/updates, and procedure manuals.
Capability to present information effectively orally or in writing to staff and colleagues.
Proficiency in writing reports and correspondence.
