Position Summary Details
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Jackson, GA. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:30pm. Pay rate ranges between $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr. Must have 1 year of Supervisor experience. Required steel toe or composite shoes. ABM provides all other PPE required by site. Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the performance of building operations.
Assigning duties to workers
Responsible for giving direction, motivation and guidance to a team of cleaners.
Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility and ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations.
Assists with the training of housekeeping staff and schedules work assignments and assists with making daily and weekly work schedules.
Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Supervising day-to-day team operations
Coordinating supplies, equipment, activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, or other establishments
Ensuring performance goals are met. May perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be available to work 10am-6:30pm Monday-Friday including weekends
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

Customer Service Experience
1 yr of Supervisor Experience
