Janitorial Supervisor Role
Pay: $24.00 per hour.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:00 am – 4:00 pm and on call during weekends.
Job duties
Oversees the performance of field staff for various projects. Responsible for ordering, scheduling, equipment & supply budget. Coordinating the work and managing the team's activities ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily payroll. Provide management & leadership for the full-time, part-time, & contracted housekeeping employees, including hiring and training of new hires on equipment essential to performing their assigned tasks.

Review and approve payroll on ADP and EPAY
Interview candidates for open positions.
Assist with training of new employees as needed.
When performing visits, make sure that staff is in correct uniform attire.
Complete quality control inspections as needed.
Complete safety training monthly
Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies.
Inspect janitor closets to ensure they are clean, stocked, & OSHA compliant
Inspect equipment to ensure we are in compliance
Provide corrective measures to staff when work performance standards or company rules/regulations are not being met. Any corrective action involving a job reclassification, suspension, or termination must be approved by the Manager.
