Overview
Location: 12100 Samsung Blvd., Austin, TX 78754
Shift: M-F 7am-4pm
Pay: $16/hr
The Cleanroom Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room, by garbing, cleaning the room, and behaving according to clean room procedures that align with CGMP practices or guidelines. Prepares and sterilizes components/vials for appropriate solutions; sterilizes solutions and fills into specified containers.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to speak basic English preferred, and will accept candidates with the desire to learn and study the terminology pertaining to a Cleanroom environment
Customer service experience
1 year of similar work experience
Willing to use Common PPE used in cleanroom environments include shoes, boots, shoe and boot covers, hairnets, beard covers, coveralls, face masks, frocks and lab coats, gowns, aprons, gloves, sleeves, and bouffant caps
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Cleaning in a cleanroom environment using mopping, spraying, and wiping techniques to ensure sterilization of cleanroom areas
Stocking of uniforms, protective gear, and miscellaneous items to distribute to cleanroom, gowning rooms, and controlled areas daily
Gathering trash and recyclables and taking them to the necessary compactors and recycling bins
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
